Sorry---I know that there is one big running thread about ROFR but I'm so excited I can't contain myself!!!!

We just passed ROFR, 200 pts SSR, $65/pt, buyer paid all closing & maintenance (2010 pts, no 2009 pts). Submitted 4/21, passed 5/11. Non member, went through Jaki.

Thanks to everyone for their advice and input!!!! It was soooo tough waiting the last 2.5 weeks.

And whoever said that Disney gives notice of ROFR decisions on Tuesdays and Fridays seems to be right!!! (Look at all the ppl that just got notice that they passed today!)

Congrats! That is so exciting! Be sure to watch out for addonitis though. We bought our first resale 100 pt contract in August, our second resale 100 pt contract in January and are waiting for ROFR on our third resale 160 pt contract now.

Every time we go, we decide we need more points!

What company did you use? Can I ask if that is exactly how it was listed, or did you bargain? Seems like you got a really good deal! Glad you are so excited!!

Funny you should say that. We're going on our first cruise in December and have heard that the incentives offered on the cruises are really great. DH already said that he'd consider 50 add on pts for AKV depending on what they offer us in December...(and we don't even live on the East Coast! Maybe we'll end up using all the pts at the Aulani since it's probably going to be a ton of pts per night).
