Does anyone realize how much money was dropped at WDW for this couple? Even the intimate wedding is VERY expensive! We considered the intimate wedding years ago, but could never whittle down the guest list! I'm glad that WDW gave you that refund. Yes, I think the ball was dropped. You wouldn't have written that letter if you had recieved a couple of balloons and a card, I bet. They should have thanked you for your buisness by congratulating you in some way.

Not to be flamed here, but I'd think a great deal of guests plan their vacation to help celebrate some occation. It is truly "pixie dust" if you get a verbal congratulations with your special event. This post is different!
