Within an hour I had put in and offer was accepted! We were thinking small and were going to go direct from dvc but I found a contract with 86 points at SSR (our home) and BAM! We are in the process! I am pumped!

Once you stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom it is very hard to consider going back the a studio.

Thanks for the good wishes. I went from looking at 40 points direct to 86...it's a weird number I know...my first contract was like that too...142 points. But only dissers can get how exciting more points is.

Agreed. We started doing a 1 bedroom when my Mom came along with the kids and the convenience of the kitchen, the closed door and the laundry have pretty much made a 1 bedroom our default, unless it is just the two of us.

We looked at that contract, but decided to go with 30 points direct for our add on. We went on the wait list last Friday and points were loaded today!

That's great! We really wanted 50 or under and needed the June UY. Those contracts are really hard to find resale. That is the ONLY reason we went direct. Our first 150 points were resale points.
