Holy Cow Batman! Stumbled into this forum!

Wow!! I had NO IDEA this forum existed! I am 11 lbs into a 25 lbs weight loss and doing it alone stinks. Doing it with Disney peeps might just pull me out of my stall!

Really I started last summer. I've lost 11 lbs since July with just a few half hearted attempts. That part was exciting. Now that I'm actively trying, I'm stuck.

Maybe I'm a bit of a drama queen, b/c I've been stuck for a week but still. Annoying!

So today, after yet another day of 0 OUNCES lost (haha!! I love my scale!) I'm focusing on mostly pure foods. No protein bars or whatever. Back to the basics.

My back story is that about 5 years ago I lost 50 lbs and was back to my pre-4-baby-sexy-wife weight. That felt AMAZING. I maintained easily for a year or two. My transition from a SAHM to a part time job as my therapy completely killed my work out time, and 30 lbs crept back.

I'm back to my SAHM life and trying to get back into the old routine. I lost all my weight by running. Part of why I quit running was foot problems. I have those solved but I have to build back up SLOWLY to strengthen those calf and foot muscles back. Again, Annoying!!

I'm not a super patient person. I was super active through high school--gymnastics and dance and running--and had a tendency to jump into any exercise head first. Sore muscles were my favorite. Yeah I was crazy.

I have a few goals:

1. As close to 10 lbs as I can get by the end of April. A WDW trip will set me back then but that's why I'm trying to work hard now. I'm totally going to binge eat there!

2. To touch my toes! I used to be able to do splits and put my nose on the floor past my knees. It was wild and awesome. So not even being able to bend over and touch my toes hurts. I've made progress on this--a few weeks ago I was about 5-6 inches from them. Thanks to yoga every day and extra stretching I am about 2-3 inches away now. Yay!!

3. To work away the juggle in my belly! Hahaha!!! It was gone 4 yrs ago, I can do it again!!!

Today just trying to take it one day at a time. After a couple of weeks of good eating, bad stuff doesn't tempt me at all. It's all mental, right?
