Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic ?

Do you have to eat a certain meal at Hollywood & Vine to get the Fantasmic pass? If we eat there for Breakfast (kids want to see JoJo & Golieth) can we still get Fantasmic pass?

I think the package only comes with the early dinner. When we made reservations, 4:05 was the latest that we could get.

To be honest with you, the food wasn't very good and the service was just so-so. If you have to do dinner to get the package, I would try for Mama Melrose's.

I am..... alas - one of those few people who love H & V....

It's a buffet. I find it hard to repeat myself with all questions... but if you need a large selection to cater to picky kids/family - H&V is a good choice.

Plus they have a great Kids Buffet (Mac & Chs, Chicken Nuggets, etc.)

and the kids really love the Sundae Buffet ......

Maybe we were just there on a bad day. It was one of the super busy days when they actually closed admissions for a while. The food was not well restocked and the buffet was really messy. The ice cream machine wasn't working right and it came out as soup. The food that was available was not great, not very flavorful. If it had been stocked, there would have been a huge variety of foods. I will not start on the bathroom (which is shared with another restaurant).

We actually did lots of buffets on our trip last week, mainly for the reason you stated - because we knew the kids would find lots to eat. Most of the buffets or family style meals were wonderful, unfortunately, H&V was the absolute worst meal of our trip.

We also loved H and V, my husband would really like to go back. We went in 2004 for our honeymoon.
