I have no other choices. Which day would be the best?
I thought Monday, then I know a lot of people start their vacation arriving Sunday and first park on Monday.
So maybe a lot will go to HS on Monday for the new Star Wars rides etc.
Then I’m thinking a lot of locals will come on Sunday.
Which do you think will be best crowd wise? Both days have open park reservations available.

I think it won't matter much as both days are likely to reach capacity. If in doubt go with Monday.

HS varies little day to day with not much difference in capacity or hours. I'd want to take advantage of Monday in a park that will see lighter crowds than Sunday, like Epcot for example.

Agree with PP doubt it matters much right now and makes that big of a difference. I do think that the change to the ROTR boarding pass process will hopefully alleviate AM crowding but it’s still likely going to be busy with people hoping to get early boarding groups. We did DHS on a Tuesday and it’s still busy. We’ve found our lowest crowds at DHS to be afternoon and into the evening. Mornings at DHS are not bad, just a bit more crowded than the other parks. It’s still nothing like it was prior to covid.
