Hollywood Studios on a Saturday in August?

I have seen on a couple crowd calendars that show Saturday August 8th as a good day to go to HS.
I would think Saturday’s would be more crowded with locals also going.
What do you think or know?

Every day at DHS seems to be busy right now due to all the great new attractions. Personally, if a crowd calendar I trusted said it was anticipated to be a lower crowd day then I would try to go that day.

For what it's worth, the crowd calendar I use (TP) is showing Sat, Aug 8 as about the same as other days, not showing it as lower.

Yes I use touring plans also. We were planning on going Thursday the 6th and the crowd level went up to a 10! I have no idea why. I have also been looking at Kenny the Pirates calendar which is green on Saturday the 8th.

I wouldn't worry about that. I'm sure they will change that crowd level a few more times before August. If Thursday works better in your schedule, do Thursday.

Saturday is busy at all the theme parks. As for you August date, it's too early to plan out your visit because it is uncertain how FP+ will be handled at that time or the park hours.
