Hi, I'm new to these boards so hope I am posting in the right place.

We are going to WDW 4/23-4/27, staying at AOA. Going is myself, my 4yo daughter, my friend, her 2yo daughter and 10yo son, and my friends mom.

I have all of my days pretty much mapped out, but HS is giving me some trouble. If i can get this day done, i can relax (haha ya right, AKA start packing)

Right now the plan is

4/23 Plane lands at 9am, do MK from about 1-6
4/24 EP RD
4/25 MK RD with break and staying for wishes
4/25 HS with late arrival, stay for Famtasmic
4/26 AK with late arrival, stay until 4 then leave for MDE

I am beginning to think a HS late arrival day is not going to work. Meeting Sophia and Jake are high priority, meeting Toy Story characters as well. (But would pick Sophia & Jake over them). We want to ride Toy Story, R&R, Star Tours & great movie ride. We want to see the Disney jr live show (pretty important) & BATB (not as important as Disney jr). Also want to do character palooza.

Is this just not possible? Should I attempt a RD with a break after a late night? If it is possible, how? Am willing to give some of the less important to is stuff up.

Can you book the H&V breakfast? You can meet the Dis Jr. Characters and is the only place right now to meet Doc McStuffins as well! Do you have FP+ for RnR and TSMM? If not, rope drop will be important to get on them in a reasonably short amount of time, especially TSMM. The lines for TSMM are pretty crazy as the day goes on.

I can do H&V for breakfast, the latest available reservation is at 10:30 which is earlier than we wanted to arrive, but at least it isn't RD. We can drop RnRC, only one kid is tall enough anyways. Is it looking more doable?

Do you have the FP for TSMM? I've seen the standby line get up to well over an hour. That will be what will take the biggest chunk of your time. Try to get FP for that and maybe Star Tours and I think it will be doable :)

Also, you should check because I'm not 100% but I think the dis jr. Characters are also available at lunch (again, double check, in case I'm wrong). That may be better for you.

The same characters are there for H&V lunch.

Which rides are you planning to use Fp+?

Check Kennythepirate.com for the Character Palooza schedule.

They are available at lunch, but it's more expensive. LOL I wonder how much more, unfortunately price is a factor. :( I haven't booked my FPPs yet, wanted to map out the day first, but plan on getting for Toy Story.

If your looking to meet toy story characters, woody and Jessie meet at the exit of splash mountain until 2:30 every day, and buzz is in tomorrow land during the day as well. Not positive on hours, but you can always check that before or in the park. Just another option :)

This. Get a reservation late in the morning if you want to sleep in. Disney Jr Dance Party is easy to get in. The line may be long, but you will get in the next show.

TSMM and R'N'R are not going to happen unless you're willing to wait SB for one or the other. (I recommend R'N'R if you do).

If you really want to do both of these, then I would recommend RD, R'N'R, late breakfast at H&V, Star Tours, Movie Ride, take a break come back for an evening FP+ for TSMM, grab some dinner, and then do Fantasmic!

That's what I'd do anyway :)

It would be best if you select your Fp+ now!! Get an afternoon TSMM, Star Tours and Great Movie Ride.

The 10 year old can ride RnRC as a single rider.

As you make more concrete plans, you can change Fp+ times if necessary, but, it's better to have them and then plan your show watching around your Fp+ schedule.

Check wdwent.com for showtimes.

You can do H&V lunch with the characters (same characters as bfast). The only other reason for RD at DHS is for Jedi Training Academy but don't know if any of the kids are into that.
