Hollywood studios CS? Please help!

I like ABC Commissary because they have less traditional options like chicken curry.

Pizza planet is nice if you like the Disney pizza (ranch dressing is sitting out so you can get some to dip your pizza in  )

Otherwise, it's pretty standard burger and chicken fare.

Starring Rolls has pretty good sandwiches, at least around lunch. Sometimes they run out later in the day.

They have really good dessert choices if you're on a meal plan (or even if you're not).

I favor Starring Rolls. The sandwiches are very good and HUGE! Also if on the dining plan, you can have one of their enormus cupcakes. 2 big eaters can easily split one meal hear with an extra drink. And it is very good. :thumbsup2

Another vote for Starring Rolls, but do be aware that the sandwiches often run out by mid-afternoon, and I think the location closes completely around 4 pm.

I think the sandwiches are better than any of the other food options in DHS, though, and the dessert selection cannot be beat. If you are on a dining plan it is 1 CS credit and you get a sandwich, your choice of side item (a bag of chips or a piece of fresh fruit), a large fountain drink, AND your choice of desserts including any one of several huge cupcakes. The Butterfinger cupcake is good and the Red Velvet is awesome. There's a whole thread in this forum with cupcake pics; check it out.

Yep, Starring Rolls is wonderful. Fresh sandwiches, yummy desserts and everything is huge. My mom and I shared a meal here and were stuffed.

Another option that we liked was Backlot Express

Backlot Express has one thing others don't: a drink refill station.

Burgers, chicken, etc are offered here but if you're someone who drinks a lot with their meals, this is the place to get a quick meal and plenty of refills.

we like starring rolls also, it is the best chioce for us, the sandwhiches are great and the desserts are soooo good!! ds likes pizza planet

+1 :thumbsup2

Studio Catering Co. has better sandwiches than Starring Rolls, but I'd go for dessert at Starring Rolls.

We always eat the ABC place. Mainly because both times it's been cold and we needed a place with heat. It's ok, not the best food you will eat.

We ate at Fairfax Faire last November and it was good - they have ribs and chicken as well as a pulled pork sandwich.

Pizza Planet is a favorite of ours as well - I like their pizza (and I'm not a big pizza fan) and it comes with a side salad.

Another vote for Starring Rolls-:worship:butterfinger cupcakes!!!

My son likes the disney pizza so we usually go to Catalina Eddie's-I like their hot italian sandwich and side salad.

I'm excited everyone likes Starring rolls. That is where I picked to eat on our HS day. I'm most looking forward to those yummy looking cupcakes. I may have to use a snack credit or two for some of those.

I always try to plan to not eat quick service there - haven't found anything yet that was worth eating. :confused3
