Hollywood Studio Crowds?

Just saw a walkthrough video on YouTube of walk through HS a this past Wednesday in mid afternoon. I was very surprised by how crowded it was.
What are crowds generally like there in February? Is there a better time of day for walking through the main Hollywood area and up into GE? How are evenings, from 4:30 to park closing?

I found that it's pretty manageable after 7 or 8 PM.

But it also doesn't take much for Hollywood Studios to feel crowded. All it takes is Rise being down for a period of time, and then everyone with an ILL just waits around for it to come back up. If anything else is down at the same time, then all bets are off. With Rock N Roller Coaster being closed for refurb, there's nothing to draw people away other then Tower of Terror. If that goes down, it gets crowded real fast.
