Hollywood Movie Money code is not readable. Help!!!

I have a free movie ticket to frozen from hollywood movie money. It was on the box of little mermaid. We opened the box to get the code today and the sticker was stuck directly to the box and did not remove cleanly. Some of the letters are unreadable. What do I do? I had promised to take them tonight but had also planned on my ticket being free. Any experience with this? I emailed the company, but now I am hoping against hope that if I go ahead and take them I may be able to mail them the ticket stub and the defective sticker? Is that possible??

Can you try to figure out the letters? There are no zeros, I believe so they'd be Os, and other stuff. That's what I ended up having to figure out (same issue). Some Cs ended up being Os, etc.

I tried about 40 combinations-there are at least two that I cannot tell-i can see that there is a line in the middle but those could be h, p, r, e, a, f, b, 4 etc. On the FAQ it says there are no 0 or o's. The first letter I thought was an O but changed it to Q because that was the only real possiblity, it was definitely not a c. It just makes me mad, because it was not my fault and I don't know why they don't stick to a piece of plastic like the coupons on packages. My kids are super bummed but I don't want to give up the $8 savings when I have to pay so much for their tickets and concessions.

We had the same problem but were able to figure out the missing numbers eventually.

I don't know if you decided to go to the movie already anyway, but I did find an email address on the website before we figured our number out. You could try that.
