Hollywood Brown Derby OR another signature restaurant

I'm booking a restaurant with Fantasmic seating and am wanting to know if Hollywood Brown Derby is worth using the two table service credits for OR should I just pick from one of the other choices and go elsewhere another night for a signature restaurant?

Also, any recommendations of a signature restaurant to try?

Jen, I'd be more inclined to go with one of the other two Fantasmic restaurants and save those two credits for somewhere else. I think HBD might be the best restaurant in any of the parks, but it's just a tiny notch below some other signature options. You still know you're in a theme park. Maybe that's not a bad thing.

My calls would be either California Grill, Artists Point, or Jiko, in that order. Haven't been to Citrico's yet, but it gets high marks around here.

I would go to Mama Melrose while at MGM and eat at Flying Fish for the 2 TS credits.

We ate at HBD in late May and loved it. The cobb salad and seared ahi tuna are incredible. Last year we did the H&V Fantasmic package and were very disappointed. There is no comparing the two.
