Is it true that if you have a package reservation it is fixed menu and you do not get to choose items from the menu? We have DxDDP . Thanks

When there in September, I had the whole menu available to us, except for the desserts. I believe we got a sampler trio of desserts.

I haven't dined there, but I've been on the deluxe plan, and there is little, if anything, that is excluded at any of the signature restaurants. Except drinks, of course. You're free to choose from the regular menu one appetizer, one entree, one dessert and a soft drink. (I'm pretty sure we got free refills on the soft drinks in most restaurants. I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea.)

We've done the F! Dining package at HBD several times. You are free to order whatever you want from the regular menu: an appetizer, entree, and non alcoholic beverage. The dessert is a sampler, but we could each select our own 3 choices.

We were just there last week for lunch on the Fantasmic Dining package. We were on the DxDDP as well. We could order anything off the menu - appetizer, entree and were given a dessert sampler. We didn't pick the desserts but I didn't ask to do so, I just wanted to make sure the grapefruit cake was on there which it was. It was my DS 10th birthday that day so we had ordered him a cake and there was an abundance of desserts! The kids were allowed to order off the adult menu if they chose, we ordered an adult app for one, but they wanted the kids grilled cheese for their entree, and then just got the kids sundae to go along with the birthday cake. The food and service were all great.

As an aside, the margarita flight was wonderful! Highly recommend!

We were told dessert was "chef's choice", i.e., we couldn't choose the options on our sampler, but, otherwise, the menu was the same as the usual one. We were dxddp too.
