Hollywood Brown Derby/DxDP - Question

I will be on the Deluxe Dining plan in October, and have a reservation at the Hollywood Brown Derby. I was just wondering if anybody can tell me if there's any exclusions on the menu for using your Dining Plan?

I'm eyeballing that Premium American Kobe Beef entree, but I can't help but notice that the price tag is twice every other entree on the menu. Do they exclude this dish from using your two Dining Plan entitlements?
