Is Dinner at H&V always a character meal with Minnie and friends or only during the special seasons like Halloween and Christmas? The info on www.go isn't clear.

I believe that it's year round, just a different theme depending on the season.

Correct, it is year round but it's themed to the season.
I believe they broke it up to 4
Holiday (winter)
Halloween (fall)
Hollywood (summer)
Easter-ish (spring)

Yes, Halloween runs through Nov 5, I believe. Then it switches over to Christmas.

Just wanted to say that the website gave me the same question. I'm going in Dec, so it didn't matter for me personally, as I knew it would be Christmas, but I could not be sure if the dinners (or at least ones hosted by Minnie) were only for select times of year, like the 1900 Park Fare Holiday Brunch, or if it occurred all year with different seasonal ideas.
