Hollywood and Vine lunch questions.

First, I understand a lot of people do not like this buffet. I am not looking for reviews.

My questions are:

1) Is the chocolate fountain at lunch?

2) Is there sushi at lunch?

3) If I have a 10:20 breakfast ADR, do you think we'll be able to sample lunch items, will we still be there when it switches over?

I know breakfast gets better reviews, so I thought maybe we could do the 10:20, and then sample lunch. Otherwise I'll stick with my 11:15 lunch and hope for the best!

My last time in May I had a 11:20 ADR but they were running behind so I didn't get seated until 12:10. Way too long for me. Hope someone else chimes in on whether they always run so behind because for that reason I'd keep the earlier ADR.

That's right, I now remember reading someone saying they run behind at H&V.

We really are not picky people, and the real reason I'd like lunch is for the desserts for the kids. Sushi for DH if they had it, so that only confirms my thoughts on going with the 10:20 and hoping we can stall it out until lunch items start.
This meal is mainly for DS2, and he loves breakfast foods.

Thanks for the info! I changed my reservations because we had a 1:55 reservation and if they're that far behind, my little ones will be howling by then!

We had a 10:30 seating and were able to eat from lunch buffet too.

(FWIW both breakfast and lunch were quite good buffets!)

I took a vote with my family the other day and we were split between breakfast and lunch. Hopefully it'll work out that we'll get to try a few lunch items with a 10:20 ADR so everyone is happy!

We've eaten there 3x (lunch 2x and dinner 1x) and thought it was fine to good each time. We had another family join us at once and they couldn't believe all the negative press it gets. Character interaction was great, overall much more relaxed feel than the other character meals. Have a great time!
