Hollywood and Vine lunch question, please help!

Is it true that Hollywood and Vine's lunch isn't character? Disney's new site says this, but I booked believing it was character. If it isn't I need to switch as we don't have much time! Someone please help! Our ressie is at 12:40.

I am 99% sure that dinner is the one that has no characters..actually Im positive! lol

Subbing to find out the answer as well, I noticed on the site as well it stated only characters in the morning, not for lunch or dinner so I changed our resies.

Last summer July 2009 to be exact we had lunch there and I personally know there were characters so we are leary of booking it for our Sept trip due to what the site now says.

I had the same question this morning because we were getting ready to make a reservation. All over Disney's site it says lunch has characters but when you actually go to book online it says no. My husband called to check and was told that yes there are characters at lunch.

I went there for dinner earlier this month and honestly thought it was a waiste of money

Looking at various options today, it now shows H&V as having characters at lunch again on the reservation page. YAY!
