Hollister??

I have one sweatshirt from Hollister and thats it. I got it on sale for $15 when it was normally priced at like $35 or something like that. Maybe it was 19 and 40... I'm not sure.

I ordered two sweatshirts. I don't really want to give out my size, (even though its not that bigt of a deal) but the smaller one of the two was extremly tight. It was like a small in any other store.

I think Abecrombie and those stores are over priced. And I'm sorry to sound rude, but when I see 10 year olds decked out in Abecrombie and UGGs I just want to smack either them or their parents. The clothing is so expensive and so tightly cut.

Most of my friends shop at Hollister, and A&F, and they all love it. I once went into Abecrombie I think looking for perfume or something and I felt so out of place. All the people that shop there usually only shop at those kinds of places and I felt so weird walking into the place.

I'm sorry put if I don't even feel comfortable walking into the store to buy perfume, its not worth it.

JMO. People can shop where ever they want, but I don't really like Abecrombie and Hollister.

i live in california and my my aunt asked me one time," why does it say california on your shirt have you ever benn to hollister?" and i was like,...

hahah the funny thing is that when i went to california i didnt wear my hollister clothing cause i was afraid i would look stupid

Hate Hollister.
EVERYTHING they make... it's like being a walking advertisment for the store!

I hate labels, but I also don't like preps.

Plus, I'm not a twig. I got a jacket from Abercrombie&Fitch once, and I had to get a freaking extra large.

I'm really not a beluga.

Just because a shirt is a XL does not mean your fat. I may be taking this the wrong way but I kind of take offense to that...

::yes::

I just walked past it a couple weeks ago when I was in the mall, and the person outside was glaring at me.

I think the dark lighting, loud music and huge posters of half naked guys/girls are very intimidating to most people.

Oh, I didn't mean to phrase it like that! :o
It's just that I usually wear a medium.
The thing that bothers me is that people who ARE actually a large or XL can't really shop there... because society thinks that someone needs to be 100 pounds.

Well see my take is different.
I RARELY shop the regular racks.
Clearance Sale Clearance Sale.
That's what I shop in most stores.

And,at least in my area, there is no price difference between shopping at say Hollister and Kohl's.
Same prices for the same things all around.

I agree. Some of the clothes are cute, but most I can't fit into. I'm not heavy, but I'm not super skinny either. I think its ridiculous that an averaged- sized person can even fit into the clothes.

Those models are just asking to get raped... they're not even hot either.

It's... a clothing store.
And the models don't wear any.

^what's wrong with this picture?

Everything is wrong with it. If it was for the perfume, that would be different, but it's not it's for the clothes.

Haha very true.

I'm serious!

They could just be walking home from work... and a rapist will be following them, but they wont know, and when nobody else is watching.. BAM! the rapist shoved the model into their briefcase, and walks home... you can end this story.

I'd rather not...

Whenever I see that, I wanna smack the freaking parents! Why would you let your 10 year old dress like that? Why would you pay that for their clothes?
Just yesterday I went to the Mall of America and I saw a 10ish year old with a $200 DB purse. I mean co'mon! The girl is freaking 10 years old! I mean I have a DB purse but I am also 15(as of tomorrow) years old.

I hate Hollister and AF and AE because of their prices, quality, and sizes. I too am not a twig but I'm not the largest. I am built bigger top and bottom but I am no where near fat. I am actually one of the healthy teens who doesnt wear a size 00 pant or XXS shirt. I'm not afraid to say this. I wear a size 9-13 pant and a L-XL shirt. I weigh about 160ish but I'm also 5'8 and about 50+lbs of me is muscle. I'm fine with that. I just wish these stores would make normal sized clothes!

Like I said I dont mind my size but that statement got to me. You shouldnt worry about other people. YOu are one of the few who can shop at those stores........But I also kind of agree because like stated before, I weigh 160ish and I'm one of the few normal teens who arent worried about weighing 95lbs. Sorry if I am being rude but I am just sick and tired of people judging each other because they dont have California written across their chest or a small eagle on their shirt or if they are healthy sized and not a freaking stick.

That's just my oppinion.
