Hollister purchases in Buffalo

Hi,

Does anyone know if I can exchange or return merchandise purchased at Hollister in the U.S. at a Canadian store. I purchased some sweaters for my daughters at Boulevard Mall and one of the sweaters doesn't fit. I really don't want to go back to Buffalo to exchange one sweater, is it possible to exchange it in the Toronto store?

Pricing is totally different so I am guessing no also.....but worth a call.

If they have the same sweater at the TO store, you should be able to do a straight exchange for size.

Hi Everyone,

I went to Sherway this morning and was able to exchange the sweater for my daughter, I had to pay the price difference (it was more expensive here) but at least she was able to get her size. Apparantly, items purchased at Hollister can be exchanged or refunded at any store in North America. By the way, the line ups were crazy, we waited 45 minutes just to get into the store only to find the prices were no cheaper than before Christmas!

That's great! This is the first year I haven't hit the Boxing day sales at Sherway in some time..I go Christmas eve. It's really slow oddly enough and everything that is going on sale Boxing day already is. Few exceptions..but that's basically the way it is.

except for the few door crashers, i have found that boxing day "specials" are essentially a marketing myth.

I also had success exchanging a sweatshirt last year at Sherway for one that was purcahsed at the Galleria, and last year the exchange was better! So the prices were the same and except for a few glitches with how they were entering it inot the cash register it was simple to do, suprisingly!!!
