Anyone get a notice that theirs has shipped? Or any update at all?

I got a letter saying that mine would ship on the 10th and its "guaranteed" to arrive before Christmas. I'm so sorry. I'll keep you posted.

I got a shipped notice just this AM!! it still said basic economy shipping but they told me on the phone they woudl upgarde and refund shipping ... looks like they didn;t do either

BUT it is on its way FINALLY

Ok I just clicked on the tracking information and actually left their place yesterday and is in the correct state(New York) already as of 4:41 AM today so it'll be there soon too

I got my email that mine was shipped yesterday, UPS Ground! Fingers crossed it gets home soon!!!

I called and asked because they had not listed a shipping refund or upgrade in my e-mail they said they had upgraded but were not able to make the change on the e-mail they send out... they said they refunded my shipping but its not showing on my credit card yet

Bad news here...

I was finally able to track my order via ups (after and it looks like the package is being returned to yankee candle. They are looking into it because the package never made it out of the ups facility in ohio so something must have been incorrect. Yankee candle is going to ship out a replacement tomorrow.

Mine left Colombus, OH last night. The tracking doesn't say when to expect delivery.
