Holiday/Winter parties that are available/worth it

We are planning to visit next December. We have never been in December and will most likely only have 4 park days. We will have APs. I know about MVMCP. What other parties/holiday events are worth it or fun to try? Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam? Candlelight Processional? Any dessert parties that really have excellent views, etc? What are your "can't miss" events or things happening at the holidays? I'm not sure what all is going on at that time of year. Any input is appreciated!

We love at Epcot the storytellers and CP.

Candlelight processional gets my vote. I really don't like MVMCP. With HEA being new, the dessert party for it might be a good idea.

I think Epcot is the best bang for your buck since there are the storytellers and you can have a nice dinner with the candlelight processional package.
