Holiday Tea Time with Santa and Mrs. Claus at Hearthstone Lounge

I had to search for reservations under Hearthstone Lounge. I didn’t see them listed under the regular dining reservations.

What dates are you looking at and for how many people? It seems to only be available Monday-Thursday starting December 3rd.

Finally seeing some. Was anyone able to book a party over 2 people? When I search for a party of 4 there’s nothing.

It looks like anything over 2 people is already sold out. I was able to book a reservation for 4 right when the reservations opened.

Fortunately, did a random check around 9:30
The disappearance of the red “…check back here” message on the Hearthstone Lounge page was the only indication the event went live. While I did get a reservation, the process is quite frustrating — Disney should to better

It is not "officially" sold out, just like it was never "officially" on sale
Sold out in about an hour, base on my minimal observations.

Some guests might incorrectly book afternoon "lunch" assuming it is this event, particularly now that there are no "special" times available.

I'm so confused. So lunch is available but I would need to specifically book the 'tea'? IN other words, the tea option is separate, because all I see are lunch and dinner times. It says the event lasts from 11am-3pm but if I book lunch at 12pm, that doesn't mean I can participate in the tea?

Does it say where the tea will be held? Maybe they are doing it outside (near the fireplace??). Isn't the Napa Rose Princess Tea at least partially outside?

It looks like Hearthstone Lounge is open for lunch Fri-Sun, so the Tea was only being done on the other days.

If anyone is uncertain about lunch vs tea, here is what the booked tea looks like in the Disneyland app. Nice to see it is very clearly soecified.

Because the Holiday Tea requires a credit card hold, check for reservations a couple of days prior to the date you desire because tables will become available when reservations are cancelled to avoid the 24-hour in advance cancellation fee.

Just canceled (2) reservations for 2 on 12/18 at 11am for the holiday tea. They show up as “special” when you search for times at Hearthstone lounge.
