Holiday Surcharge help

I've tried searching and I've seen that $4 gets added to all buffets - does that include 'Ohana's? Also, are there other surcharges for other meals? All TS meals? I'm trying get an idea of costs to see if we can pull this trip off (but it all depends on the Philly school district getting their budget fixed so laid off teachers get to save their jobs).

Anything that is a fixed price meal will get the surcharge. That includes 'Ohana, all the buffets, I assume CRT and Akershaus (which are more like 'Ohana - where it's a set price but you are served at your table).

I wish Disney wouldn't add the surcharge. It makes a relatively modest buffet like trails end the same price as a fancy lobster buffet at a fancy beach restaurant.
