Holiday Special on Preferred Annual Pass:15 mnths - Update: Flex Pay op. may go away

Universal is offering a Holiday Special on the PAP. You can now get 15 months for the price of 12. And you can use the Flex Pay option for them. Just go to the Universal website and click Annual Pass.

Of course, Murphy's law, this offer pops up 2 days after I purchase 5 PAP's.

UPDATE: I called the AP number and was able to add the 3 months to my order.

However, there was LOTS of confusion in the office. Apparently, first of all, this offer was not supposed to even show up on the web until Monday (11/6). Secondly, it was believed by the person I talked to and her supervisor that the Flex Pay option was NOT supposed to be included. So, there is a mess up on the website.

So, there may or may not be changes to the website offers on Monday. The flex pay offer may or may not be there when the website people show up back to work on Monday.

Thanks for posting goofy! Did you purchase your PAPs to arrange for e-pick up? If you did, I would think you could have your purchase cancelled as long as you buy the new ticket. I did something similar when I upgraded my tickets ... I bought the new tickets. Once I had confirmation, I gave them the new confirmation and had them cancel the old one. I believe macraven did something similar, and she had hard tickets. It would be worth it for 3 extra months. Good luck!

yes i did.
i had the hard tickets and called.

they cancelled the tickets, i had them fed ex to me in january.

i did the upgrade in late july. only paid the difference from what i paid in january.

it was a piece of cake.

universal is very good to work with everyone on giving the best deal to the customers.

if you do not get satisfaction from the person you talk with on the phone thru universal ticket sales, you can always ask to speak to a supervisor.

only once did i have to go that route. and, that was because the first person i talked with was very new on the job.
