Holiday Special Events, When Are Dates Published?

We will be in WDW from Oct. 17 thru Oct. 22. It appears to me that we'll be able to not only attend a Not So Scary Halloween Party, but also the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Anyone know when these dates are released by WDW? Also, we are interested in some of the special events at the Food & Wine Festival, such as the Winemakers Dinner, etc. How do you make reservations for these? Will there be a list of all the F&W activities available? Sorry for so many questions

We knew dates for MNSSHP in mid-late April last year. I don't know much about when F&W info was released, although I do know that once info was released on the special dinners, they sold out VERY fast. E-mail WDW and see what they say.
