I did some holiday shopping while I was on holiday. I got two beautiful Tunisian dresses as well as some Maltese filigree jewellery to go with my semi-formal dress. Once I downloaded the photos from the cruise, I will post photos on here.

Yes, we had a wonderful time. I am little sad that I am back home, but have the transatlantic cruise to look forward to. Between now and then I have to do some serious shopping. None of my summer dresses that I like to wear for dinner fit anymore. I had to tie the straps on one together with my lanyard to prevent it from falling down.

I got myself this top from Dorothy Perkins website today (didn't have it in store). We are going out for an informal meal on saturday night - hope it looks okay with white jeans

Lovely, lovely clothes, ladies!!! And can't wait to hear about your Med cruise, Corinna - we're doing one in August!!!

June is shaping up to be THE holiday month of 2010 for me!!! DH is on garden leave until the end of July and has decided he wants to squeeze in an extra trip during this time. SO with all this potential action, I've had to re-consider my clothing options - tho' TBH the arrival of the Next summer catalogue didn't help!

Anyway, I bought a couple of tops that were half-price...

...OK this one's a dress but I'll wear with leggings...

...as well as this one from the current catalogue...

I love that top! I have been buying a few things - I have bought this dress for a wedding in a couple of months, and hopefully I will wear it on our cruise one night too!

I bought the matching shrug as the wedding ceremony is outside

I never shop in Wallis usually but it really caught my attention (also got 15% off with discount code MVC15)

I have also bought this swimming costume from Accessorize (using it from now so hopefully still ok from December!)

and these sailor shoes from Faith for the cruise (most shoes are 50% in store as they are sadly in administration)

That's a fab outfit, Gemma! Really lovely! IKWYM about Wallis - I'd never bothered with them but they grabbed my attention last year with a couple of embellished tops which I wore to death and now I always keep an eye on what they have. The white jeans I got from there are a superb fit and great for hols as a lightweight cotton...

A quick heads up - got a leaflet in local newspaper that Debenhams have and "up to 25%" sale on from next Tues.... I feel a shopping trip coming on!!
