I think current pace, according the article, both PIT and RIV would sell out sometime mid-2027. So, if LSL opens early 2027, I guess that means about 6 months where all 3 would be on sale at the same time. That said, maybe LSL going on sale would slow PIT and/or RIV down just a little bit and they'd need some more time to fully sell them out.Is my understanding correct that by the time LSL goes on sale RIV could be sold out or close to it and PIT still on sale?
I wonder if the ccv sale impacted this month still.
Right. You don't pay that $500 when buying direct. Only when it changes ownership in resale do you have to pay the transfer fee.Not surprised by the 25 point sales data not changing much since the $500 fee.
I am not sure that’s even a consideration for most.Right. You don't pay that $500 when buying direct. Only when it changes ownership in resale do you have to pay the transfer fee.
A little off, the article estimated PIT would sell off in 2 and a half years, whereas RIV in approx 1 1/2 year. My personal guess is a big promotion on RIV so it sells out in a little less than a year. LSL may start sales as early as December of this year, but a lot depends on DVC's strategy going forward.I think current pace, according the article, both PIT and RIV would sell out sometime mid-2027. But, LSL will be a massive resort with just as many points if not more than RIV to sell. I assume it will be in active sales for 5+ years. Maybe they really don't care about giving people too many options for the first year of LSL sales.
I think the article was saying PIT will sell out 2.5 years from when it opened and RIV is on track to sell out 1.5 years from now which means they’re both on track to sell out mid-2027.A little off, the article estimated PIT would sell off in 2 and a half years, whereas RIV in approx 1 1/2 year.
