Holiday Shopping ..

I have a different type of "holiday shopping" to do shortly. My sister just told me yesterday that she will get married in September, just over two weeks before we go to Florida. So I have to get a wedding outfit.

what lovely stuff you are all buying! I have told myself that I am buying no clothes until I am comfortable in a size 12 again. I porbably have enough holiday clothing to see me through a 4 day trip to Disneyland Paris in July, and with no long holiday until 2010 I am not planning on shoping too much for this year - although I may be tempted in the end of summer sales - but only if I have lost a stone in weight!

I am hoping to join the DIS dieting once the next half term is finished ( we have friends coming to stay for 5 days on May 23rd and it is highly likely to involve BBQs, eating out and alcohol!). I would ideally like to lose half a stone before Disneyland Paris on 20th July, and then at least a stone by the cruise in 2010.

In the meantime - I will enjoy looking at everyone else's lovely purchases

well I have done some holiday shopping now lol, managed to get two sleeveless tops from evans , theyre baggy enough to cover bump so Im impressed. I have a real problem finding maternity clothes long enough as Im 6ft and normal maternity tops are way too short.

also bought Morgan a lovely shorty all in one of tigger from asda, only £6 so bargain

That's such a pretty top Mandy. I think the only way not to buy anything is not to go in any shops or go out with no money. I am hopeless at the moment because I realised after reading this thread that my wardrobe is sorely lacking in pretty tops and have been doing my level best to rectify the situation. I can only justify it by saying they are for summer wear and not just for the holidays. I have ventured in loads of shops that I have not been into for years.

Mandy, got a lovely mink and cream spotty dress from moonson and some mink shoes and a clutch bag from Next, i will try to post a pic.

I did buy a few pieces from Next for hols but I will end up taking most of them back! I always just buy things and try them on at home, then end up taking half back!

I got a lovely Tankini from Next I think it's like the black one you got a while ago
