Holiday Shopping

Well I started my clothes shop for my holidays yesterday (for both rhodes and florida) and I have to say I was quiet impressed at what was available and the prices.

I got three lovely tops from evans all three for £26, (I am travelling light this year). Looking for some denim skirts but have not found them yet.

The disney store were doing two for £20 on the beach towels so we got two stitch ones.

Then when I got home went on ebay to bet some things, and finally bought my aaa parking pass (this was worth its weight in gold last year!!)

so I am dead happy

I have been buying a few shorts and T-shirts etc for Joshua and he already has a couple of new pairs of trainers.

Other than that we don't really need anything Anna, stacks of holiday wear all ready and waiting, even though we are 3 months plus away yet.

We are just looking forward to shopping out in Florida so we will wait until we get out there. Can't wait to visit the Oakley and Tommy Bahama stores, Julie wants some K-Swiss trainers, visit American Eagle and the Malls and just well........all other clothing etc we will no doubt buy too.

Planning to buy our Beach Towels out there too, extra room in the suitcases without them.
Last time I bought one from a theme park or Disney the colours ran in the summer heat and I looked like someone who had been badly face painted, so be careful with them.

I have a couple of bits Anna that I just got from Next Directory, they have some lovely bright summer wear and I get so sick of the same shorts and vest tops, I look the same in all my Dis pics. I'm sure i'll start properly in a month or so. If I buy it too soon, I'll want to wear it or use it,

Buying? Before going to Orlando?!

We're planning on taking as little as possible next time (i.e. 1 case for all 5 of us) and hitting the shops when we're there for any clothes we want / need. Shopping for new stuff is half the fun of being there

I also bought an AAA diamond pass off of eBay for our trip last year. Even though we stay on-site we still drive to the parks not on the monorail, so it's so nice to be able to park so close to the gates On the US boards lots of people complain about them, but I agree that they are worth every cent!

It's a pass that lets you park in the diamond reserve spaces close to the park entrances.

I've been buying for our trip since last year!!! Just another excuse to plan plan plan

I bought a pair of shorts & 2 strapless tops from Asda for £5 each yesterday BARGAIN
Needed the strapless tops to make sure i dont have any strap marks when i wear my wedding dress when we get married at Clearwater

Apart from a couple of lime green tops (am determined to 'bump into' some fellow DISers this year ), I am waiting to lose some more weight before I buy anything for my holiday.

With any luck, the summer clothes that I have from about 5 years ago that were 3 or 4 sizes too small will fit just perfectly by October. Then I will just have to treat myself to some nice new ones while we're in Orlando (on the basis that I will be a size smaller again in US sizes )

lol..I have just brought my daughter a ton of clothes for going to DLP just for 4 days..lots of girly stuff.
As for wdw I brought my self some clothes and we are not going for a year and a half!
