Holiday Question! When are the resorts decorated for Christmas?

More specifically, will they be decorated the week of Thanksgiving?????

A friend was there over Halloween and said it went from Halloween to Christmas over night. It'll definitely be decked for Thanskgiving.

The parks are decorated for Xmas right after Halloween (must be done before the first MVMCP), but if I remember correctly, the resorts weren't fully decorated (with gingerbread houses complete, etc.) for another week after Thanksgiving.

We are there 10/30-11/5; does that mean we will get to see both Halloween and Christmas decor?!

I was at the Grand Floridian last Thanksgiving. We arrived the Saturday before Thanksgiving and the gingerbread house was up. The rest of the Xmas decorations in and outside of the resort went up the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving Day.

It's not full scale, a CM friend told me things are added as the weeks go
on, but hopefully you'll see a bit of both, then again this was 3 years ago.

Once MnSSHP is over, MK changes over night.

The resorts are less dramatic but are very festive by the time US Thanksgiving has come and gone.
