holiday pricing

I am trying to budget for our upcoming Christmas trip and is there anyplace I can find exactly what the holiday pricing is going to be at some of the restaurants. In particular 1900 Park Fare on New Year's Eve. I know it is going to cost more but trying to figure out how much more just so I am not in shock when I sit down to eat. Also, is the holiday pricing only on buffets/character meals or is it generally at all the restaurants that week. Thanks!

The holiday "surcharge" has been an extra $4 for adults and $2 for children on top of the regular price at fixed price restaurants - but you'd also need an accurate regular price and they seem to fluctuate rather quickly these days.
