Holiday pre-paid character bkft buffets and vouchers?

I realize people are calling today for July 4 reservations and since we're going at Christmas maybe someone will know the answer. If you make a PS for a holiday, I remember hearing you must prepay (not deposit but the whole total). If that is the case, what do they do if you then have bkft vouchers? Will you just get that prepaid amount credited back to your cc?

I know with the Grand Floridian Children's Events they charge your CC 24 hours before the event. I did not have a voucher, but I booked for my girlfriend, and she paid cash. The charges to my card was credited back to me.

Either way they get paid, so the goal is accomplished.

I know I was told for CRT that our deposit would be credited back also if we paid with a voucher.
