Holiday Monday Plans

we have deep cleaned the house lol

and emptied the room we will be using for a nursery, so we can get the decorating done

not exciting,

I've just got in from a day at Alton Towers. The crowds weren't too bad which was nice.

A day of recovery here too - after a weekend with the Churchills.

Just had a trial put up of the borrowed tent in readiness for the GGG. Unfortunately the garden is too small for a proper trial but we have worked out how to put it up and with some willing helpers think we should be OK. Guys don't drink too much before we get there as we may need all the help we can get :rotfl:

Apart from that an afternoon of chilling out with wine and trip planning for the cruise this year and WDW next year is on the cards. Don't you love holidays?

Tam

I am sure we will figure it out between us all Tam, when we first got our new one, we put it up in the football field behind the house and had a lie down in it, we got some strange looks from the children who were playing in the field :lmao:

DH and I have been for a walk at Box Hill. We only did 3 miles - but parts of it were very steep and I'm cream crackered. The main car park was full but I think most people stayed near the top as our walk was deserted. The bluebells in the wooded parts were gorgeous.:)

I just wish I hadn'r come home and raided the biscuit tin.:sad2:

We saw some people from BBC filming for Cbeebies the Green Balloon - I've never heard of it, (but then my youngest is 14). This probably added to the congestion in the car park.

We have had a beautiful sunny day here :goodvibes

It is DH 40th birthday today so went out for a long lunch and then spent the afternoon with a lovely bottle of wine ,some cake, some friends and a very old husband :)
