Holiday Kitchen Exchange sent/received thread...COMPLETED!!

My package went out today priority mail should be received Mon or Tues!!

I just got done shopping, so it should go out Monday!!

When I got home there was a box on the porch!!

It was from Patsy (mommytotwo) Thank you so much!!

I got a very sweet card and the following;

Two Yankee Candle tarts (Snow Angel and Christmas Wreath)
A jar of Peach preserves so that I can make yummy thumbprint cookies
Two tea towels one with Santa and one with snowmen
One finger towel for the fall
One oven mitt with snowmen
Santa salt and pepper shakers
A spoon rest with a snowman on it.
OH! and some hot cocoa mix.

Patsy, thanks again, it will all be well used during the holidays!

Sit down folks, this is gonna take AWHILE!!! Oh, that's right, you ARE sitting down!

OMGOSH!!!!

Kelly & I had just started eating dinner when the doorbell rang, so we went to the door and see AMY there (2sweetangels) (and NiteOwl71s DD)! Can you say SHOCK?! (We all met last week at the DIS meet!) So, she hands me 2 BIG bags, and says "here's your exchange"! I was taken so off guard. But she said they weren't from her, so I knew right away what she meant. What a WONDERFUL delivery service you use Carrie!!

Ok, the list, OMGOSH

The first BIG bag w/the Mickey Cmas card, had an adorable "From our Family to Yours" 3-way popcorn tin decorated with a snowman family!!!! (everyone knows this will be gone!)

The 2nd BIG bag had a BIG gift bag in it (also a snowman ). In that bag was:
Matching snowman kitchen towel, oven mitt, potholders and 4 placemats! (Snowman!)
a package of 12 candy canes
a 3-pack of Christmas fun pads (most certainly for Kelly, and very kind of you Carrie)
as well as a chocolate filled Advent calendar that she's drooling over already
a snowman, lined, magnetic pad which I love, as we ALL add our needed grocery items to the list (really we do!)
a bath fizzing ball, and a scented soap in the shape of, and wrapped like, a piece of candy!
a package of vanilla almond coffee and Copenhagen coffee
a package of GHIRARDELLI dark chocolate squares w/white mint filling (WW is OUT the window LOL)
Ok, this is hard to describe, but adorable, and I know RIGHT where it's going....It's 3 Cmas shaped picture holders (top one a snowman!), strung together. It's a hanging. See, I knew I couldn't explain that , but anyway, I have a non-picture-non-Cmas similar hanging in my kitchen now, so this Cmas picture one will take it's place over the holidays!

No, I'm not done yet!

A SNOWMAN light-up pen (I can't decide if I'll leave that here, or take it to work)
A box containing the nicest Snowman tea light holder, with 5 vanilla pecan tea lights (LOL-Carrie even made a point of writing that they weren't YC! That's ok Carrie, shhhhhh, I do burn non-YCs sometimes)
AND, AND, another box which contained,
drum roll please.....
a S'mores original Kiss the Cook ornament, AND
THE CUTEST, SNOWMAN CUBS ornament I've ever seen!!

I would LOVE to know where you got that, as I know "a few" Cubs fans that might like one too.

Carrie, Stacey, AND Amy!, Thank you soooo very much for EVERYTHING! Wherever I turn in my house this Cmas, I'll certainly be reminded of your very generous gifts, and new friendship, too.
