Holiday Inn Family Suites, any discounts

I saw a post saying someone got an Entertainment rate at HIFS. I just searched the site and couldn't find it listed. I am going June 2004.

I went to the web site:
http://www.ichotelsgroup.com/h/d/hi/hd/DISFS

in the box on the left hand side titled 'Optional Travel Information' fill in the dates you want to go and then in the 'rate preference' part hit the down arrow and select Entertainment Card. If they have not sold out of their allotted Entertainment Card rates for your stay then the Entertainment rate will come up, otherwise it will tell you that it isn't available.

I have in the past called a Holiday Inn when this happens on the computer system and was able to book via Reservations agent an Entertainment rate.

Mousesavers also has discounts at HFIS. I don't know if they are better than the entertainment rates or not. Go to mousesavers.com, click on Walt Disney World, then on preferred offsite hotels. From there you should be able to get to info on HFIS including the mousesavers rates.

Thanks. That is $50 a night less than the best rate I could find. Now I just need to bite the bullet and book us! Maybe Friday.

I called the direct line on their website and asked if they had the buy one get one night free and they do. I already had the Entertainment Book rate and they both come out to be exactly the same but it might help someone else out. I don't know how long they have it but I was asking about January.
