Does anyone know if Holiday Inn ever has discount codes? We are wondting to book a room in Portland, Maine and wondering about discounts. Any sites better thanothers for booking room?

I would love to know too.. I know you can sign up for email from HI.. also they offer the BEST rate program.. which means you can't get your money back once you book.
