holiday Inn busch gardens

Does anyone have any first hand experience on this hotel. Is it clean? In a safe area? I just got a response on another post that most of the hotels are rundown and dirty in the busch gardens area. Please send feedback. I need to know

I've stayed there for 1 night. NEVER AGAIN! It was the worst hotel experience I've had in Florida. It was noisy, kids running up and down the corridors screaming and shouting even into the early hours. Worst was the staffs attitude when we complained - indifferent and rude. It was so bad in fact that I vowed never to stay at a Holiday Inn again.

IMO you're better to make the journey to Busch Gardens and back to Orlando in the same day or find a better hotel in the Tampa area.

Do not stay there! Our first trip to Florida ever and we booked that hotel. We took one look at the filthy room and DH went to the desk and got our money back.
