Holiday Carol Swap Progress - ? in last post

When I posted last week it was only after I got home I realised the receipts said Australia The addresses are OK on the envelopes, but I'm I may have paid too much postage. The bloke next to me was sending to Aus and the girl obviously didn't change the computer.

So far I've printed up my lyrics and picked out the papers. I got some cute embilishments, but they are smaller than I thought and they look wimpy! I also stoped by Staples and got a pack of page protectors.

When I first started, for some reason I couldn't get the measurements straight in my head! It's not like it was that hard. Oh, well got everything cut out now, just need to assemble.

Next time I'm up there I'll raise it with them, but its probably a case of "check your change at the counter as mistakes cannot be rectified" sort of thing I doubt it was more than a £ or so over, but I give them enough of my money!!

They are gingerbread Christmas trees. They looked bigger in the package! I've got some ideas, of course it might require me going back to the craft store!

I've been working on the Event swap, so I haven't been working on these, since I finished the 2 earlier. I should be cutting out sheep this weekend though.

I have to pick a tree to cut out. The Christmas Cheer has way too many to pick from.

I have gotten embellishments but I haven't actually worked on these. I have them scheduled for a little later in the month.

I can't remember what I sent but they are probably CM business enhancers. I can never resist buying them but being a c**p CMC with only 3 customers I don't get to give them out much But I like them for quick pages when I've run out of colour swaps So you have something not available for retail sale!!

I'm working! Found another way to go embellishment wise and I like the way it looks. I'll be working on them on my lunch break!

I used to take things to preschool with me last year. I got a lot done that way. I get way less done at home, because I won't stay off the computer.

I've not touched these since I've been back home. I have my Christmas Song and Carol of the Bells lyrics formatted but I've not printed yet. I also need to choose a different religious carol but I just can't think of one.

DH and I are still recovering from being gone for so long. We didn't realize how totally exhausted we were until we got home. We've been going to bed early and we still can't seem to catch up on sleep.

I plan to do some work on these next week.
