Have never heard anything from my guide either other than when I called to add on about 2 years ago. Would be nice if the dropped a note every now and again tho.

Also nothing...It would be nice. I get Christmas cards from Realestate Agents and Mortage brokers. But a call on your first trip home should be a requirement. We did not get one, and we brought sight unseen. I know that our agent works out of the VB area, so perhaps there is a different priority
