We are really looking forward to our annual trip in December with just my girls and myself. Our time away from our crazy life, and a time of year that is always harder without daddy here.
However, we are less than two months out and I still have not found reasonable airfare and thinking it really might not happen this year. I cannot imagine giving this ressie up, since we I tried so hard to get it (don't own at VGF) and my girls are really looking forward to this stay. Part of me says jump on the tickets, but at over $1500 for the three of us.....OUCH.
If we cx, I will post on here before we do and hope someone can snatch up our days at VGF. I am going to keep checking until my points are at risk of being put into holding though. We could cx all of our TS meals I guess and go as cheap as possible on food this time around. We are already giving up our trip next April, which was our other annual trip when we tried to be away over the anniversary date of his death and his birthday. Not enough points and my girls gymnastics are have taken over the schedule
That is not a bad thing; I am so glad they have an outlet and something they both thrive at.
So anyway.....here's to hoping for airline pixie dust and if not I will keep you guys updated in case someone wants to go for our days.
