Just tried again and now I'm on hold. Yes, definitely have speaker phone. To be honest I probably will give up if I can't get through in an hour or so. I'm looking at a couple of Western itineraries on the Fantasy for January or Feb 2019 and I have a feeling most prices of those won't go up before they hit the website tomorrow so in the end I bet I'll hang up and just get up early tomorrow morning to see what I can find online lol

Ugh, called right at 8 a.m. EST, had to hang up at 2 hours because of a meeting, called back was on hold almost 2 hours but when my bluetooth in my car kicked in, I hit a button and lost the call. Now on hold again, 1 hour 15 minutes and counting, but I have a meeting in 80 minutes. oh boy, have a feeling I will have to hang up again.

Well, if you called in at 8 am EST, you were already an hour later than when the phones opened at 8 am EDT.

I had the Best experience this morning. Called at 8:00, wait time of 44 minutes, booked with the nicest CM ever and got to work on time. Doing the happy dance in my head all day. The CM did tell me at about 8:50 that the number of calls holding at that time was over 300. I am so grateful. I do hope y'all have the greatest cruises. Even though the cruise I booked is over 400 days away...I am already sitting on deck with a margarita in my happy hand!
