Hojo room w/ best view

I currently have a garden pool view (bldg 2) reserved for our trip in April. I now am concidering a Disneyview (bldg 1). I doubt my kids will be able to stay up for firewoks, but DH and I would love to watch them.

I have read alot about trees blocking views, so I am looking for recomendations of the room with the best unobstructed views of the park and fireworks.

I got the entertainmnet rate for April and wanted the premium room on the 7th floor. We were on the 6th floor 2 yrs ago and loved being able to look out to the park. I am so excited about being on the 7th floor - the view is worth it.

We'll be on the 6th floor next month...7th wasn't available I'm sure we'll have a great time, and can't wait for our view of DL!!! Any pics of your 6th floor room or its view?

We were in room 1713 in Building 1 in October. It was great. There are trees, but they are not blocking directly in front of you, just to the side. For pictures, follow the link in my signature to my trip report and check on page 5, post #63. The first picture is from the balcony, then there's a link to a short video from that spot, which pans left and right. The Matterhorn is directly in front of you (so the fireworks would be, too) although it's hard to see in this pic because of the early morning light.

That was about our view on the 7th floor last June, but the tree didn't bother the view of the fireworks at all. The kids thought it was great and we didn't even go out on the patio (my son hates loud noises). We will be on the 6th floor next month as well, and were told we should still have a great view of the fireworks.

Awesome! I can't wait til our April trip!!! We just got another 6in of snow so that California sun can't come soon enough!!!
