Just curious, when I went to the Hojo website, it never shows any availability for their suites. Are they that popular?
To those that have stayed in their suites, is it worth the extra cost vs. premium rooms with the Disney view? I am hoping to book one for our trip in 08. Thanks.
The reason you don't find them online is two-fold. First, there is only ONE queen suite and TWO king suites in the entire property. So yes, they go fast. Also, I don't think they standardly will show up as an option during on-line booking. I would email or call in-house reservations to check availability of the suites.
The big benefit of the suite over the premium view room is the kitchen and microwave (well, the second bathroom didn't hurt either). But the premium view rooms do not come with a micro.
I would say it's worth the extra cost for the suite if you really need the extra space and plan on cooking meals in your room. On our tightest budget trips, we have made it work with 6 people in one of the HoJo standard rooms (kids slept on floor). So we felt like we had TONS of space when there were five of us in that queen suite.
