HoJo King Suite - Worth it??

I just heard from HoJo that a King Suite opened up for 4 of the 5 days we're going to be there (vs. the Queen room that we had booked). I'm kind of nauseous about spending another $500 but we ALL sleep better when our son is in a separate room (he's 5 and a restless, wiggly, flip-flopping, snoring sleeper). I hope it's worth it!!! Getting excited because we'll be there in less than 2 weeks!!!

What is a good nights sleep worth to you??

Jack

$200/night evidentially!! I think it will be fine; I was just initially excited about getting such a smokin' deal at HoJo's but now that is out the window and we're paying so much more. BUT, we will all be happier with more sleep.

I really was not aware that the king suite was that much more than the Queen or kids suite. I have a ressie for the kids suite for 129/night in August.

Yeah, we really wanted the kids suite but it's not available. With the 15% Entertainment discount the King suite is $203.15/night. Our last night will be the Queen room at $79/night.

I think the OP was referring to the price of the regular Queen room that she has booked, and not the Queen suite.

I totally feel you about the luxury of a separate room; we come to DL from the East Coast, and we keep our little guy on East Coast time...but we don't want to go to bed at 7pm Cali time!

This may not be an option depending on whether or not you have a rental car, but consider this: We stay at either the Doubletree Suites (1 mile away) or the Embassy Suites South (1.5 miles away), and the AAA rate averages about $140 a night--and this includes a free hot breakfast in the morning (can you say omelette station?)

I thought I'd mention this if a suite is what you're after!

Good luck!

Hi SarahK,

I'm still crying :sad1: from having to release the Hojo king suite last Thursday for the week of April 17-April 23 so I'm hoping that it goes to someone who will appreciate it :)

I'd say it's definitely worth it :flower3:

Have Fun,
Debbie
