I think that Dec 17-20 is kinda unlikely for retro rates, being so close to the Christmas holidays. But if you want to stay at HoJo's regardless, you can book now with the 15% off Disboard rate. Then you can continue watching, and change it to the 50% off retro rate if you get lucky and they show up.
