Give them a call - they will add it to the booking as discounted at 50% for that day. You show the AP at check in (but they will give until check out to produce it) and then you pay when you check out.

Keep a record of your phone call as I rang and added one of my days and they didnt have it as discounted at 50% - they honored it at the front desk though when I advised them of this!

You should call in-house reservations today to book the room before they fill up. Tell them that you'd like that rate applied. There's no deposit or payment required when you make the reservation.

Maybe I missed it in this thread, but does anyone have the dates for this past June? We're looking at June 2011 and I wanted to see if the first two weeks were available for the special rate as they had been in 2008 and 2009.

Where did you find a 30% deal? Is that for October? We are going July 2011 and doubt there will be any Ent Rate for us. Thanks.
