HOJO and Lorealle

Because Hojo isn't able to take care of fundametal questions about thier service.

Why is their normal point of contact missing?

Lorealle has only been the "point of contact" for the Disboards for the last few years. Prior to that it was Willie Simpson, and prior to that there was no online point of contact.

I don't think the HoJo owes anyone an explanation of what is going on with Lorealle. Certainly there are some privacy issues here. As someone who has personally met and spent time with Lorealle in the parks, I wish her well, but I don't expect her employment status to be public information.

As far as fundamental questions about their service, I think Jonathan has been stepping up quite well with addressing questions that arise both on Facebook and here on the Dis (and possibly other fan sites as well). I don't know of any other general managers of DLR area hotels that are providing this extra level of service.

All I know is that if there is not a legal reason that stands in the way of the company (Howard Johnson) allowing us to know the status of Lorealle, then they should do so (Within reason) This is but another mystery (So far) in life.

Why doesn't the Hojo give a strait forward answer as to why Lorealle stopped anwering all of a sudden. Why isn't that alright to expect?

If this question is so important to you, you should call Jonathan Whitehead, General Manager of the Howard Johnson in Anaheim and ask him, instead of posting the question on a Disney fan site community board and expecting him to come looking for it and answer.

Yeah, I know Gisele has already called, but obviously hasn't spoken directly to the GM (who, by the way has no legal obligation to share such information with any of us).

Skiingfast, you like to argue. I don't. buh-bye.:wave2:

Seriously you guys...it's really nobody's business. Whether she was fired, left voluntarily, or is on a leave of absence...not our business. If she is your friend and wants you to know? You'll know. If not? Well, you get the picture.

It would be wildly unprofessional for the HoJo to say anything, quite honestly, other than what they've already said.

Hey guys, I'm going to go ahead & close this thread. If Lorealle has read it I'm sure she appreciates the concern. I agree that the HoJo doesn't owe us an explanation, and I can't see that it is helping by going back and forth.
