MK: Mary Katherine turned to Ivy. "So, what do you think?" She wanted another's opinion on this school. It was a little strange, hardly has clean and tidy as Beauxbatons.

Ivy: "It's very big," Ivy said finally. "But I think we'll be okay, if we follow the rules, and I'm sure the Durmstrang boys are going through the same thing we are." She paused, and asked, "Which house did you select?" Ivy would be considered a fourth year in Hogwarts and a muggleborn, so while she could hold her own, she would be more at ease if her older friend was in the same house.

Professor Linus: Just stupid enough to work." He may be old and frail but, he could still get the job done. "Run!" They both went as fast as they could. His leg was throbbing as he used his cane to hurry himself. He mounted the broom and pulled Melanie along. Dementors were coming as they were flying. One got close as started to suck Melanie's soul. "Melanie whatever you do, don't come back! I'll be fine." He jumped off the broom onto the dementor and they both went crashing to the sea as Melanie was able to successfully escape.

Jolie: Jolie walked into Hogwarts. She was the last girl in line, and was okay with that. She hadn't said a word to anyone during the trip, and spent her time petting the pegasi flying. She loved these creatures. In her hood, her rat Teddy Bear was curled up and sleeping. She didn't want anyone looking at her or her rat, so she went to the back of the line. Hogwarts was much different than Beauxbatons, and she was nervous. She was sure she wouldn't make friends, as she didn't at her old school.

MK: Mary Katherine thought for a moment. "Ravenclaw," she said. She had been debating which House the entire ride to the castle. "I would have chosen Hufflepuff as my second choice," she said thoughtfully.

Ivy: Ivy sighed in relief. "Oh good, I decided on Ravenclaw immediately. It's the only logical choice for me. Slytherins are cunning and ambitious, and I do not lie except for necessary occasions, which means I am not cunning and while I strive to do well in school it can not be considered an ambition, so Slytherin was out. Gryffindors are brave, reckless, chivalrous and loyal, and while I am loyal and occasionally brave, I use my brain to think through situations so I cannot be Gryffindor. Hufflepuffs are friendly, honest and hard workers, and while I am hard working and mostly honest, I can be too honest to be friendly, and I am much too shy to be friendly, so the only logical option would be Ravenclaw."

to fall down into the water, wand in hand. She knew she needed him alive, not only because he was her godfather and not because she needed help. Melanie Black knew she would never be able to forgive herself if she let him die.

Jezebel: Jezebel saw the students in the doorway. "Welcome, young ladies from Beauxbatons and gentlemen from Durmstrang, to Hogwarts! I hope your journeys were comfortable. Please take your seats at the House you have chosen."

MK: MK laughed. "I'm two years older than you and I barely got that," she said. "Well, at least we'll be in the same House, that'll make things easier, knowing not everyone around me is a complete and total stranger."

Jezebel: Jezebel saw the students in the doorway. "Welcome, young ladies from Beauxbatons and gentlemen from Durmstrang, to Hogwarts! I hope your journeys were comfortable. Please take your seats at the House you have chosen."

Ivy: Ivy laughed at her friend, then sobered up as the Headmistress of Hogwarts welcomed them and told them to sit down with their House of choice. As she looked for the ones wearing blue, she whispered in MK's ear, "At least Hogwarts has a Headmistress, it would be so weird to have a Headmaster."

Alexei: On the boat ride here, Alexei had debated between the four houses. Each had merit, each he could probably work with. He had finally decided on Gryffindor not too long before the ship docked. It just seemed to be the one that appealed to him most. He wasn't good with the names, so Alexei had connected house values to colors, and scanned the room before he found the red ties and sat down in an empty spot at the Gryffindor table, and nodded to the students in the surrounding area in greeting.

Jolie: jolie went and sat in a corner alone at the hufflepuff table. She could definitely have fit into ravenclaw, but she thought hufflepuff students wouldn't judge her. She wasn't planning on talking to anyone.

Ivy: Ivy laughed at her friend, then sobered up as the Headmistress of Hogwarts welcomed them and told them to sit down with their House of choice. As she looked for the ones wearing blue, she whispered in MK's ear, "At least Hogwarts has a Headmistress, it would be so weird to have a Headmaster."

MK: MK nodded. "I suppose now it's a little bit like Beauxbatons." She saw the Ravenclaws and slowly walked over, taking her time as she soaked in the Hall, watching every face. She noticed a girl at the table wearing green; Slytherin, right? The girl was looking at her with a sour expression. "Someone's in a good mood," she noted quietly.

Vanessa: Vanessa was watching the Beauxbatons girls with curiosity and unhappiness. This would only add to the stuck-up snobs Hogwarts already had! Now there were FRENCH stuck-up snobs.

Adelle: Adelle walked into Hogwarts with the rest of the girls happily. She had been very excited to stay at Hogwarts but was nervous about the people. As she noticed the students she smiled timidly at any who were staring at her and subconsciously tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. Listening to the headmistress she looked around for the Gryffindor table and sat down in an empty seat after seeing the colors of the robes.

OOC: Sorry if I'm late, I went to a concert and stayed out late so I have been kinda sluggish today.

Professor Black: Melanie was shocked to see him take action so quickly. As a last resort she shot a patronus at the dementor and threw the broom away, allowing herself
to fall down into the water, wand in hand. She knew she needed him alive, not only because he was her godfather and not because she needed help. Melanie Black knew she would never be able to forgive herself if she let him die.

Professor Linus: As soon as he and the dementor crashed into the water he knew he was in trouble. The dementor broke free and was gone. There was no way he could swim with his bad leg.

Adelle: Adelle walked into Hogwarts with the rest of the girls happily. She had been very excited to stay at Hogwarts but was nervous about the people. As she noticed the students she smiled timidly at any who were staring at her and subconsciously tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear. Listening to the headmistress she looked around for the Gryffindor table and sat down in an empty seat after seeing the colors of the robes.

OOC: Sorry if I'm late, I went to a concert and stayed out late so I have been kinda sluggish today.

Lucinda: Seeing the girl Adelle nearby as well, Lucinda told herself to get over herself and talk to them. "Hi," she said, trying to sound bright and excited. "I'm Lucinda Jay, call me Cindy. And you are?"

Alexei: He noticed the younger girl in front of him greet him. "Um, hi. I'm Alexei Romanov." Alexei was not a talker, he was quiet, but he felt he had to introduce himself to the people he would be spending a year with.

Ivy: Ivy nodded in agreement. "Maybe her tie's knotted too tight," she whispered back to MK. She followed her older friend to the Ravenclaw table, and one glance in MK's direction told MK that Ivy trusted her to handle the introductions for the shy girl.

Gabrielle: she saw two of the transfer girls sit near her. They decided to be Ravenclaw. Good choice. She smiled at them and then looked away. She was still to emotionally exhausted because of todays events.

Adelle: Adelle turned to Cindy who seemed very happy to her so she smiled politely. "Hello, I am Adelle. It is nice to meet you Cindy," She said with her French accent contorted into an almost robotic response.
