Prof. Smith: Evan listened intently. "Yes?" he prodded gently.

Professor Black: Melanie started fidgeting with her fingers, intertwining them, which she did only when she was nervous. "T-this is the main reason why I wished to see you," she said. "Evan, I-I had an opportunity to s-speak with my aunt this morning," she began. She knew she would cause him pain, and she didn't want to. "What I was saying...about h-her ways i-is that she would d-do anything to hurt the b-blood traitors."

OOC: I could be the baskilisk... I don't know if it should be Cindy who is petrified, since she is a main character in the story. You could let people make one extra student that can be petrified if you'd like

I think it was the l-letters," she then said suddenly, her mind flashing back to the picture Evan had once sent her. "Evan, I-I think to get t-to me, she chose Christine."

Prof. Smith: "How could you know what they could do?" A thought suddenly struck him: had the man who killed Christine actually had been after him, but she got in the way and Evan had killed her murderer before he had a chance to do him in as well?

As she thought, something terrible hit her mind. Evan was still alive, and it was blatant that she was still so close to him. Her face turned to horror.

OOC: If MK is petrified now, how about after she is back to normal, she is going somewhere with Ella-with no mirror. Can you PM me the list so far Cindy? By the way, I won't petrify half the characters in this RP, so how about we limit it to about 5 petrified characters, and 2 dead.

Prof. Smith: He didn't respond, you can't rationalize the actions of the insane. Should he tell her? Should he tell her he killed Christine's killer? Should he tell her the thing that he has never been able to admit to anyone, not even his own parents? Should he tell her that he knew so much more about Christine's death? Should he tell her that he was there that night? Should he tell her that he lied to her, to everyone, because he was too cowardly to face the truth?
