Lucas: Luke, of course, had done his work as quick as he could. He didn't really know if he read the right things from his cup, but didn't care. It's not like anything predicted was actually going to come true. He sighed. It was just this class, then Herbology, and then they would be done for the day. He looked over at Nic and Alexei, who were clearly done and laughing at something Nic had said, she had probably been telling him about one of her pranks. Nic didn't often do pranks, she was very careful about where and how she did them, but when she did them, they were pretty awesome. She probably hadn't done any this year yet because there had been all of this trouble.

Nagini: she groaned. "Are you sure that he would like me? I mean, I'm me! I don't even like me! They" pointing at Holly and Jane "hate me, probably everyone in this bloody classroom hates me, including the teacher. I'm just trying to live up to my mother's reputation."

Chris: Chris took a seat next to his brother. He said, "Listen Ivan, I was thinking that maybe Tori is right. We should be brothers forever."

Ivan: Ivan looked up at his brother. He said, "I agree, but I thought that you said that you were never going to talk to me as long as we were on school property. I think that you got a falcon."

Chris: A chill went down Chris's spine. He said, "It seens that we never get to talk to each other at home."

Ivan: "Yeah."

Chris: He looked around to make sure no one was listening. He said, "There's something very important that you need to know."

Ivan: "What?"

Chris: "Um, I'll tell you after class, maybe after Herbology too. Please, you have to promise me that you won't tell a soul."

Jane: She listened to Chris and Ivan. She looked at her glowing anklet-wait, it was glowing?! She felt dizzy again.

Jane: She left quickly, hoping not to be caught by Nagini.
